Eoin holds a BBS (Hons) in Business and Economics from Trinity College Dublin.

Eoin leverages his 20+ years of executive recruitment experience to provide clients with a tailored solution to their most pressing talent challenges and focuses on C-Suite and Director level mandates across Financial Services and Professional Services. He has successfully partnered with both Domestic and International Institutions on specific search mandates, niche senior appointments as well as specific project work.

Eoin has established two leading domestic recruitment brands and enjoys working closely with his client base to develop their employer brand in their chosen market.

RICHARD GOGGIN – Partner

Richard holds a BSc in Finance from University College Cork and is a member of International Society of Transport Aircraft trading (ISTAT).

Richard partners with clients to help recruit and develop executive and management talent with a focus on Domestic and international roles in Aircraft Leasing and Financial Services.

He has a successful track record leading search mandates across Aircraft Leasing, Investment Management and Insurance - conducting searches for functional leaders such as Chief Financial Officers, Heads of Lease Management and SVPs / VPs in Marketing, Pricing, Contracts Management and FP&A.

Prior to joining Le Meas, Richard led the Aircraft leasing and FS Accounting Division of a leading Irish Recruitment business.

Paul Clayton-Lea – Associate Director

Paul joined Le Meas to focus on the strategic growth of the Financial Services Accounting & Aircraft Leasing division. He has a successful track record in placing qualified accountants at all levels within Financial & Corporate Services, and the Aircraft Leasing industry. 

Partnering with global Aircraft Lessors and leading Corporate Services Firms, Paul’s approach is a consultative and relationship driven one which results in him finding the best talent for his clients mandates.  

Prior to joining Le Meas, Paul led the financial services division in one of Ireland’s larger recruitment companies.

James marren – Associate Director, Legal

James leads our Legal division focusing on appointments from Newly Qualified to Partner and General Counsel in both practice and in-house across a variety of sectors within the Irish Market.

James has an LLB in Irish Law and is also a qualified solicitor, having trained and worked in the commercial and business team of one of Ireland’s top 20 law firms.

In 2018, James made the switch from legal practice to legal recruitment and hasn’t looked back! Since making this career move, he has forged a reputation within the Irish market as a high performing, reliable and capable recruitment professional. 

James is a firm believer that strong relationships and positive candidate experience are keys to success in recruitment and always ensures that he adheres to these values with every role he works on.

Prior to joining Le Meas, James managed the Legal division of one of Ireland’s larger recruitment agencies.

Colin Finnerty – Manager Financial Services 

Colin lead’s our Insurance / Reinsurance division, while supporting our wider financial service clients. His focus is on sourcing Top finance and accounting professional’s from Newly Qualified to Senior Executive within the Irish market.

Colin started his earlier career within professional golf before moving into sales. A market leader in his area, Colin has become recognised for his relationship management and client service, adhering to the principle of providing “quality over quantity”.

Prior to joining Le Meas Colin worked for a specialised Search & Selection firm where he focussed on recruiting Finance professional’s from the  Insurance / Reinsurance and Banking sectors and was awarded top performer in 2023.

John Howe, Associate Director of Data & Analytics. 

Recognised as a market leader, John has over 13 years recruitment experience across Technology and Data & Analytics recruitment. 

John has specialised in recruiting Data & Analytics professionals in areas such as Data Science, Data Analytics, Data Engineering, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning/LLMs, Business Intelligence, and more.  

He has spearheaded the delivery of versatile, tailor-made, agile talent solutions for clients in many industries such as Banking, Asset Management, Insurance, Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, Medical Devices, "Big Tech", Aircraft Leasing and more; from start-ups all the way to multinationals.  

John is motivated to constantly learn and develop how he approaches recruitment to compliment the rapid-paced evolution of data & analytics in the professional world. This allows him to rapidly and surgically deliver talent and recruitment solutions to his clients to allow them to compete in a highly competitive skills market and ultimately build the best teams possible. 

John studied Biochemistry in University College Dublin.
